Welcome to Training Traders. Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before using this Site to be aware of your legal rights and obligations concerning the Training Traders and their services. By accessing or using the Site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering a binding legal agreement and have understood and agreed to comply with, and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree to be bound by these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

1. Modification

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any time. Such change will be effective ten (10) days following the posting of the revised Terms on the Site, and your continued use of the Site thereafter means that you accept those changes.

2. Site Access and Use of the service

This Site is only intended for individual aged eighteen years or older. If you are under 18 years, please do not visit or use this Site. This Site and its services or information provided in this Site for commercial uses are prohibited. During the period in which these Terms are in effect, we hereby grant you permission to visit and use the Site, provided that you comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential profit/loss or any damages whatsoever arising from the usage or the use of any information, tools, messages and other information disseminated concerning its use and understanding of the course and its materials. 4. Restrictions

3. Disrupt servers or networks connected to the Site

This Site may also enable you to communicate and interact with Third-Party Sources. We have no control over any Third Party Sources. We are not responsible for, and we expressly disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, usefulness, safety, or Intellectual property rights of, or relating to, any Third Party Content. The content on the Site, including without limitation, the text, documents, articles, brochures, descriptions, products, software, graphics, photos, sounds, video user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, video user interfaces and computer codes are protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Site, the Site logo, and other marks are Marks of Training Traders or its affiliates. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Site and the Content.

8. Disclosure

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we obtain in connection with the Site, and your use thereof, as we reasonably believe is necessary to: satisfy any applicable law, regulation or legal process, subpoena or governmental request, enforce the site terms, including to investigate potential violations of them, detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, respond to user support requests, protect the rights, property or safety of the Training Traders, its users of the public.

9. Refund Policy [Offline Class]

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds but rescheduling of class may be considered on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for any reason including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order, or if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure of a transaction to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.

10. Warranty Disclaimers

The materials on the Training Traders' website are provided 'as is'. The Training Traders makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site. The term "life time mentorship" refers to the Training Traders lifespan. In the case whereby the Training Traders ceases to exist, "life time mentorship" will cease ​

11. Risk Disclaimers

Weekly blog post & information provided through any of our services are not financial advice, and the user holds the decision based on their discretion. Training Traders Pte Ltd shall not be any liability for any direct, indirect, consequential profit/loss or any damages whatsoever arising from the usage or the use of any information, tools, messages and other information disseminated concerning its use and understanding of the course and its materials. The Training Traders do not know users account size/trade size etc. and users are supposed to manage their account. Trading is a high-risk activity, and past performance is not indicative of future performance. Please perform due diligence before taking any risk in trading the financial market.

12. Representations

The materials appearing on the Training Traders' website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Training Traders does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The Training Traders does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Training Traders be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Training Traders' website, even if the Training Traders or an authorized of the Training Traders has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Training Traders and our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney' fees) arising from (i) your use of, or inability to use, the Site; (ii) your User submissions; (iii) your interaction with any Site user; or (iv) your violation of these Terms.

15. Term and Termination

These Terms are practical until terminated by Training Traders or you. Training Traders in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate these Terms and/or your access to the Site, or any part thereof, immediately at any time and with or without cause. Training Traders shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of the Site, or any part thereof. Upon termination from our services, the User must destroy any downloaded materials in their possession whether in electronic or printed form. Users who replicate or distribute the materials without Training Traders’ consent will be liable for the losses and potential losses incurred.

16. Assignment

These terms and any rights and licenses granted hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by Training Traders without restriction or notification to you.

17. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Academy’s website shall be governed by the laws of the Academy Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
